I made this tank top today by looking at another, similar dress I had made a few summers ago, and pulling some serious trial & error. The fabric is repurposed from two skirts I had every intention of wearing, but just never did. That is, generally, the story of my closet. Anything I don’t wear for six months gets made into something else, or tossed onto a friend’s living room floor for a clothing swap. Handmade! It’s good for everyone!jei

Content: when enough is enough or just because its a buffet, doesn’t mean you need to gorge.

This is a phenomenal article by Matt Morgan, who is a designer working with Kula Partners in Halifax, NS. I personally feel as though what Morgan has to say applies to a lot more than just web-based content, but rather, virtually all works aimed at the public. Take a gander.
