Today is one of those hyper-stressful times whereupon all my vices, poor decisions and bad habits come out in spades, merely as a means of self-preservation. Counter-intuitive? Fuck yea. Running in the wrong direction? You betcha. Totally unsure how else to cope? Damn straight. Terrified? Just a little.
